This paper regards global human resources as “individuals who can convey ideas to others,” and focusing on rakugo, a form of Japanese entertainment, advocates nurturing education for individuals from Japanese language education perspective. Up until now, discussion of rakugo as an educational tool has emphasized its linguistic or cultural aspects as a traditional form of entertainment.
