 note = {In this paper the writer mainly discusses the new methodolgy of international relations. Especially this study focuses on Sino-U.S. relations in the latter half of 1990s. As a result of the study, the following can be pointed out: (1) It is not necessary to care tentative changes on Sino-U.S. relations; (2) In order to understand Sino-U.S. relations, we must pay much attention to pressure groups in policy making process; (3) With regard to Sino-U.S. relations, there is no need to be afraid of disputes on ideology, human rights, democratization and so forth.},
